Our Story

In 2009 Dwayne began Perfect Pickles. The initial phase of the business was characterized by a hands-on approach, as Dwayne personally developed and perfected each recipe, ensuring the highest quality and taste in every jar. Starting out of his household kitchen the supply demand would soon require the company to expand initially into a converted garage and then into a transformed work unit.

The New Unit

At the beginning of 2017, Perfect Pickles undertook a major expansion by moving into a new work unit that dramatically increased their floor space, tripling the area they had previously operated in. This substantial increase in physical space has had a profound impact on their operations. The newly acquired facility has allowed Perfect Pickles to enhance their production capacity, streamline their manufacturing processes, and implement more advanced technologies and equipment. As a result, the company has experienced a significant boost in productivity, enabling them to meet higher demand and operate more efficiently.

Striving For More

Starting from a blank canvas, we were presented with the unique opportunity to design our working environment from the ground up. This allowed us to meticulously plan and implement a workspace that not only meets but exceeds food hygiene standards. Our goal is to achieve SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accreditation by 2024. This prestigious certification will not only validate our adherence to high food safety standards but also open doors to supply the country’s largest food retailers.
